A Special meeting of Town Council WaS held on Tuesday,
February 28th, at 10:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
Councillor K. Nicks absent. All others present.
Mayor W. Carruthers in the Chair.
Industrial Agreement.
Moved by Deputy-Reeve Hobbs,
Seconded by Con. Hughes,
That the agreement with Bowbrook Investments Ltd., v'
and R. Stevens and H.L. Stevens is suitable to register
it against the land in question. carrie~.

Seconded by Reeve Little,
That the necessary action as discussed in the Board of
Works be taken. carried.
