April 25 to May 1, 1983, be proclaimed "Navy Week" in the Town of Newcastle, according to Town Policy; 2. Permission be granted for Sea Cadets to sell Navy League Tags throughout the Town April 29th and 30th; 3. Permission be granted to hold a Battle of the Atlantic Parade on Sunday, May 1st to the Bowmanville Cenotaph and back to the Legion Parking Lot; 4. The matter of traffic and parking and the use of the power supply be referred to staff, with power to act. He asked that the matter be tabled until he and Mr. Jeffery of Oakland Developments, have had a chance to resolve the problems.
