being a by-law to appoint a By-law Enforcement Officer,

THAT leave be granted to introduce by-law 82-180,
being a by-law to authorize execution of deeds conveying
the Bowmanville Creek Valley Lands to the Central Lake
Ontario Conservation Authority, and that the said by-law
be now read a first time.
