THAT Council endorse the request of the Santa Claus
Parade Committee and permission be granted to hold
the parade on Saturday, November 20, 1982, at
10:30 a.m., and the Town provide whatever assistance
is requi red.

into of an amending development agreement

THAT Council advise Mr. Cureatz that should he
receive a formal complaint from a citizen with
respect to such inquiries, that Council support
his investigation of the complaint with the
Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations,
to determi ne:
1. Is this survey bein9 conducted or supported by
an agency of the Government of Ontario, and if
not, under what authority is it being carried out.
2. Is this survey being financed in whole or in part
by the Province of Ontario, and if not, how is it
being supported.
And further that Council offer its Co-operation in
whatever manner required and that Mr. Cureatz advise
Council of his findings, and a copy of the report be
forwarded to Mr. Cureatz, M.P.P., and the Honourable
Claude Bennett, Minister of Municipal Affairs and
Housing.

to explain the situation and ask for any assistance he
can give relative to Canada Community Development
Project.
