Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Prout
Agenda
THAT the items on the agenda, as verbally advised by
Mayor Rickard, be dealt with at this time.

Moved by Councillor Prout, seconded by Councillor Hubbard
THAT the recommendation in Report WD-61-82, relative to
Pedestrian Crossover, King/Division Streets, Bowmanville,
be approved.

Moved by Councillor Prout, seconded by Councillor Hubbard
THAT reconmendation 1 be amended by adding "and approved"
Recommendation as amended reads:
1. That Council consider and approve the installation of a
temporary overhead sign to delineate the Pedestrian
Crossover at the King Street/Division Street intersection
in Bowmanville, and;

THAT funds in the amount of $3,000.00 (Three thousand
DOllars) to cover the estimated cost of the installation
be drawn from the account for Traffic Signs, being
Account Number 7211-0169-00321-5, and;
3. THAT Mr. George Walton, representative for the
Petitioners of the Veltri Complex, be advised.

THAT leave be granted to introduce the following by-laws
and they be now read a first time.

of an Agreement with Mr. J. S. W. Ralfe and Mrs. Margaret
Ralfe in respect of the use of Block "J" on Registered Plan
702.

Kamlu Construction
Agreement
By-law 82-113 - being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement with Kamlu Construction Limited for the
Construction of Storm Sewers, Baseline Road, Bowmanville.
