Prout (Regional Business) Also Present: Director of Planning, T. Edwards Absent: Resolution # C-647-82 Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Taylor THAT the items on the Agenda be considered. "CARRIED" Resolution # C-648-82 Moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Hubbard THAT Report PO 136-82 be received; and The Newcastle Village Small Urban Area Official Plan be modified to remove from the Main Central Area designation those lands formerly occupied by the Roman Catholic Church and which are the subject of rezoning application Z-A-3-11-8 submitted by J. Rothenbush and which are identified on the Schedules attached to this Report; and The Regional Municipality of Durham be so advised. "CARRIED" Resolution # C-649-82 Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Taylor THAT leave be granted to introduce the following by-law: . 82-111 being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement with CDS Contractors and Engineering a division of Panel-Bilt Ltd. in respect of the Construction of an addition to the Bowmanville Library. and that the said by-law now be read a first time.
