THAT By-law 82-77, being a by-law to raise money to aid in

THAT the correspondence from the Ministry of Transportation
and Communications, dated July 23, 1982 and addressed to
the Director of Public Works relative to reconstruction of
Highway # 2, King Street from Baldwin to Beaver Streets,
former Village of Newcastle, be received for information
and the Director get clarification and bring forward a
report to the first meeting in September.

82-105 being a by-law to amend Restricted Area By-law 2111,
as amended, of the former Township of Darlington,
now in the Town of Newcastle (Abbot & Marchant)
82-106 being a by-law to amend By-law 76-25, as amended,
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
(British Bulldog)
82-107 being a by-law to provide for the notification of
resident electors of the location of the polling
place
82-108 being a by-law to authorize the entering into of
an Agreement with Glenson Investments Ltd.
82-109 being a by-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 1587, as amended, of the former Town of
Bowmanville. (Glenson Investments Ltd.)
and they now be read a first time.
