Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council
held on Monday, June 14, 1982, at 5:25 p.m.,
for the purpose of dealing with reports of
the Striking Committee and Fencing, Kendal
Park.
Present Were: Mayor G. B. Rickard
Councillor D. Hamre
Councillor M. Hubbard
Councillor M. Prout
Councillor R. B. Taylor
Town Clerk. David W. Oakes
Deputy Clerk. G. Gray
Absent: Councillor A. Cowman, on Municipal Business
Councillor E. R. Woodyard
Also Present: Chief Administrative Officer, D. N. Smith

Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Hamre
THAT Council proceed with the matters for which the
meeting was called.

Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Coun cillor Prout
THAT the recommendations in Mayor Rickard's report
be approved, and
1.
2.
That this report be received;
and
That the Director of Community
authorized to obtain quotes for
Kendal Park; and
3. That an amount up to a maximum of $5,500.00
be drawn from the Parks Reserve Fund for this
project.
