SEPARATE SCHOOL BOARD, WHO HAD ADVISED HIM TO PETITION
COUNCIL TO OPEN UP A ROAD ALLOWAJICE EAST OF THE SCHOOL
TO LET THE BUS EXIT TO BASE LU~E.
