Council to present a proposal for 30 family units to be
constructed in the Town of Bo,~anville.

a) By-Law No. 71-30, passed on the seventh day of Septembor,
1971, a by-law to amend Zoning By-Law No. 1587, is not in
conformity with the Official Plan in force on that date.
b) By-Law No. 71-30, passed on the seventh day of September,
1971, is in conformity with Amendment #4 of the Official
Plan which was adopted by Council by By-Law No. 71-21,
passed on the twelfth day of July, 1971, but not yet
approved by the Minister of }funicipal Affairs.
c) By-Law No. 71-30, passed on the seventh day of September,
1971, is in conformity with the proposed new Official
Plan of the Town of Bovnnanville, adopted by Council on
the first day of November, 1971, by By-Law No. 71-38,
but not yet approved by the Minister of }funicipal Affairs."
