Mr. Gary Cole appeared before Council relative to a
petition to amend the by-laws relative to the closing
of barber shops.

THAT the payments to C.L.O.C.A. regarding administration and
maintenance levies, be held in abeyance and that a Committee
of two with the Clerk-Administrator be appointed to
investigate and submit a report to Council.

Corporation.

A letter dated March 6th, 1972 from Central Ontario Joint
Planning Board regarding a zoning by-law amendment to
permit the establishment of a Dairy Barn store, was
received. (See By-Law No. 72-13)
