THAT Resolution #C-134-72 in the minutes of a Regular Council meeting on February 21st, 1972, be rescinded. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-166-72 Moved by Reeve Dykstra, seconded by Deputy Reeve Stephen. THAT Council concur with the action of the Planning Board relative to the Waverly Road Neighbourhood Study, as contained in their letter dated February 14th, 1972, subject to the resolving of detailed issues. Resolution #C-169-72 Moved by Reeve Dykstra, seconded by Con. Hooper. THAT the payments to C.L.O.C.A. regarding administration and maintenance levies, be held in abeyance and that a Committee of two with the Clerk-Administrator be appointed to investigate and submit a report to Council. THAT as no further action is contemplated on this matter, it be turned over to the Clerk-Administrator to refer any further correspondence to the Separate School Board. A letter dated March 6th, 1972 from Central Ontario Joint Planning Board regarding a zoning by-law amendment to permit the establishment of a Dairy Barn store, was received.
