Council Minutes THAT the minutes of a meeting of Council dated May 1st, 1972, be approved as printed. "CARRIED" Pigeons At Town Hall Miss L. Ferrill a student of Bowmanville High School appeared before Council to make a presentation with regard to keeping the pigeons at the Town Hall. Fireworks Disp lay THAT the request of the Rotary Club of Bowmanville as contained in their letter of May 5th, 1972, to hold their fireworks display on May 22nd, 1972, at the High School be concurred with, and the Police Department and Fire Department advised; any Police assistance to be at the expense of the Club. .
