Minutes of a special meeting of Council held on
July 13th, 1972, at 8:00 p.m. in the Committee
Room in the Town Hall.

THAT the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting
on July 13th, 1972, be approved.

THAT tenders be called for Council meeting on August 8th,
1972, for sanitary sewer, watennain and roadway as provided
by By-Laws No. 70-31 and 70-32.

THAT the Town Engineer be requested to use surplus fill
to improve the road condition and that his Department
also be instructed to keep the snow pushed back in
Winter time.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-Law No. 72-35,
being a by-law to authorise the sale of lands to Bowmanville
Warehousing Ltd. for the establishment of industry and
that the said by-law be now read a first time.

THAT the second reading of By-Law No. 72-35, be approved.
