THAT the minutes of a meeting of Council dated August 8th, 1972, be approved as printed. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-594-72 Moved by Reeve Dykstra, seconded by Con. Bell. THAT the minutes of a meeting of the Committee of the Whole dated September 5th, 1972, be approved. "CARRIED" Mr. Lou McCarron of 74 Queen Street appeared before Council with regard to speeding cars and squealing tires on Ontario Street and Queen Street. He suggested the use of an unmarked Police cruiser and that the radar should be moved around more. Mrs. T. Butler, 32 Ontario Street and Mr. Leslie Coombes also spoke on the matter. Mr. McCarron also presented a petition with 93 signatures with regard to speeding on the above mentioned streets. Resolution #C-595-72 Moved by Con. Hooper, seconded by Con. Prout.
