Sub-Division
Agreement
THAT the recommendation of the Town Solicitor contained in
his letter dated November 10th, 1972, be adopted and the
Subdivision Agreement with Bowtown Construction signed by
the Mayor and Clerk as amended by the above recommendation
and the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs be advised
that the conditions had been satisfied.
