Minutes of Special Meeting of Council
held in the COM"ittee Room of the Town
Hall, Bowmanville, Monday, November 25,
1974, at 1:15 p.m.
All members of Council were present.
The purpose of the meeting was to deal with a
Resolution of Committee of Finance namely:
"That Municipal Planning Consultants co-operate with
the Director and Chairman of Public Works and the Chairman
and Director of Planning to prepare an application for
subsidy under the Neighbourhood Improvement Program
for the hamlets of Newtonville, Leskard, Burketon
and Kendal".

Moved by Con. Entwisle, seconded by Con. Hobbs
TR~T the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the
application under the N.I. Program prior to December I,
1974.
