Minutes of a regular meeting of Council held
in the Bowmanville Council Chlllllbers on Tuesday,
September 3rd, 1974 at 7:00 p.m.
Mayor Rickard called the meeting to order and
led in prayer.
All members of Council were present with the
exception of Councillors Entwisle and Wearn.
Councillor Hearn attended at 7: 15 p.m.
Councillor Entwisle attended at 7:25 p.m.

Mr. Goldfarb and Mr. Dm{son appeared before Council on
behalf of Milani and Milani Holdings relative to a
proposed oubdivision neot of the Bowmanvi11e area.
They made a slide presentation.

Hr. IIn. F. H. McAdams, the Regional Planning Commissioner
appeared before Council together with Dr. M. Michael,
Director of Planning and Mr. R. Nicol the Director of
Development. The main object of the interview was to
comr.ent on the Regional Official Plan now in preparation
and the activities of the Development Division and
also to imSller any questions.
