THAT Council approve the lIor!: Program as detailed in
the Housing Planning end Development Study for the
To.m of NeHcustle on the understanding that the
final detuile and timing Hill be arranged to the
satisfaction of the Ministry of Housing and furthermore,
that the arcus in the terms of reference are hereby
declared Ilouoing Action Study Areaso
