Jeffery re Proposed Subdivision TOWN OF NEl~CASTLE July 15th, 1974 Minutes of a regular meeting of Council held in the Newcastle Council Chambers at 1:00 p.m. on ~bnday, July 15th, 1974. Mayor Rickard called the meeting to order and led the Council in prayer. All Members of Council were present with the exception of Councillor Hearn. Councillor Hearn attended at 3:30 p.rn. Resolution #C-74-76l fuved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Allin. THAT the Council minutes dated July 2nd, 1974, be approved as printed. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-74-762 fuved by Con. Lyall, seconded by Con. Tink. THAT the addendum to the minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held on June 25th, 1974, be approved. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-74-763 Moved by Con. Tink, seconded by Con. Allin. THAT Council go into Committee of the Whole to consider deputations. "CARRIED" Councillor Lyall took the chair. ~~. Randy Jeffery appeared before the Committee with the request that an Appeal by the Town relative to his application for land separation, in connection with his Subdivision at Enniskillen, be withdrawn. . . -, -, Council Minutes Dudar Construction Ltd. Adoption of Report of the Committee of the Whole Jackman Road Sanitary Landfill Site - 2 - July 15th, 1974 Moved by Mayor Rickard, seconded by Con. Entwisle. THAT this matter be tabled until after the Planning Advisory Committee Report has been considered. "CARRIED" }tt. R.N. Dudar appeared before the Committee regarding the issuing of building permits for twenty-three lots fronting on the new road, which he had agreed with the Council ~ the former Township of Clarke to construct.
