Uinutes of a regular meeting of Council held in
the Bom.lanville Council Chambers at 7:00 p.rn.
on Tuesday, July 2nd, 1974.
Mayor Rickard called the meeting to order and led
the Council in prayer.
All Hembers of Council "ere present with the
exception of Councillor Hearn.
Councillor IIearn attended at 7: 15 p.m.

THAT the Council minutes dated June 17th, 1974, be
approved as amended.

THAT it be noted that the mover of Resolution #C-74-666
and the seconder of Resolution #C-74-667 was Councillor

THAT the minutes of a Special Council Meeting dated
June 25th, 1974, be approved as printed.

Several residents of South Simpson Avenue attended
the meeting and Mr. Dave ::;ibben of 178 Simpson Avenue
was the spokesman. A petition was presented regarding
(a) road allowance of Lycett Street from Parkway
Crescent to Simpson Avenue.
(b) parking by residents of Marianna Apartments.
(c) Flood area South of Simpson Avenue.

A Report by the Deputy Building Inspector regarding the
matter was submitted to Council.

held as soon as possible to consider the whole matter
