Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held
in Court Room No.2, Bowmanville, on June 25th,
1974 at 1:00 p.m.
All Members of Council were present except for
Councillor l.]earn, who joined the meeting at
1:15 p.m. .

THAT the Memorandum of Agreement with Local 74 of the
Canadian Union of Public Employees be approved and
that the contract be typed and after being proof-read,
the Mayor and Clerk be authorised to sign same.

THAT an additional $9,000 be authorised for the
installation of slab insulation and electrical
cables as per Jackson Ypes letter of June 21, 1974
