Council Minutes Roll Call Council Minutes Stop Work Orders on Marina in the Former Village of Newc"astle Time of Adjournment Moase Property TOWN OF NEWCASTLE June 17th, 1974 Minutes of a regular meeting of Council held in the Newcastle Council Chambers at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17th, 1974. Mayor Rickard called the meeting to order and led the Council in prayer. All Members of Council were present with the exception of Councillor Wearn. Councillor Wearn attended at 1:07 p.m. R6so1ution #C-74-662 Moved by Con. Entwisle, seconded by Con. Hobbs. THAT the Council Minutes dated June 3rd, 1974, be approved as printed. "CARRIED" Mr. C. Ewert and Mr. Scott Fennell appeared before Council regarding Stop Work Orders on the Marina etc., at Jubilee Park. Resolution #c-74-663 Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Lyall. THAT the matter be referred to the evening meeting. "CARRIED" The Clerk was instructed to get further information from the Building Inspector, including the back- ground and ask the Building Inspector to be present at the evening meeting.
