Mr. Ralph Hhyte, Presidcn t of the Chamber of Conunerce,
and Hr. R. Dykstra, Chairman of the Public Affairs
Committee, appeared before Council relative to the
Littering By-Law 68-32.
There uas considerable discussion between members of
Council and Hr. Dykstra regarding ways and means of
improving the littering situation particularly on the
main street.
