"CARRIED" Littering By-Law No. 68-32 Mr. Ralph Hhyte, Presidcn t of the Chamber of Conunerce, and Hr. R. Dykstra, Chairman of the Public Affairs Committee, appeared before Council relative to the Littering By-Law 68-32. There uas considerable discussion between members of Council and Hr. THAT a Committee of three be appointed to work \lith the Clerk-Administrator and To,,,, Engineer and in conjunction uith the Chamber of Commerce to reconunend methods of improving the situation and report back to the next meeting of Council, and including the situation with regards to street m.eeping.
