THAT the minutes of a meeting of the Connnittee of the Whole held on August 7th, 1973, be approved. "CARRIED" 11r. R. Dykstra appeared before Council asking that something be done in conjunction with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications to alleviate the dust condition on King Street West caused by the Hig~lay construction. "CARRIED" ~ .. . . . - 2 - Wil-Swar Subdivision Stage 2 Mr. Mario Veltri appeared before Council with the request that Bui1dinc Permits be issued prior to the roads being gravelled as the strike at the moment is holding up road construction and he wishes to have the houses constructed as soon as possible as many of them are preso1d. TliAT Council concur with Mr. Veltri's request subject to there being no deed releases until the services are in. "CARRIED" Orange Parade 1974 Hr. Russell Brom!, the County Master of the Loyal Orange Lodge Durham West, advised Council that the Orange Parade would be held in the Town of Bovnnanvi11e on July 6th, 1974, and hoped for the cooperation of Council and merchants. Wil-S>rar Drainage Easement Hr. Ho>rard Swartz appeared before Council with regard to the drain easement in the Wi1-Swar Stage 1'110 Subdivision. Mr. F. Yacke appeared on behalf of Joe and Carl SCht'larz. Mr. Joe Sch,.,arz also spoite. The TOlm Engineer's Report of the matter, dated July 26th, 1973, was also discussed.
