in the Council Chambers in the Court Building
on July 3rd, 1973, at 8:00 p.m.

Hall
THAT the letter from S,,,,rtz and Swartz relative to the
purchase of the old Fire Hall by Mr. Veltri be received
and that the Fire Hall be sold to Mr. Veltri for $24,000
subject to the conditions mentioned therein, except that
Mr. Veltri has indicated that he does not require the
condition relative to his purchasing the property to
the East.

cost of said sidewalk be deposited with the Town to be
used for other purposes in the Subdivision.
