Council Minutes THAT the Minutes of a Meeting of Council dated March 5th, 1973, be approved as printed. "CARRIED" . Closing of Barber Shops on Mondays Mr. Sacco of 233 King Street East appeared before Council relative to the petition to close Barber Shops on Mondays. Resolution #C-197-73 Moved by Con. By-Law No. 73-14 THAT By-Law No. 73-14 passed by the Council of the Town of Bowmanville on the 26th Day of February, 1973, a by-law to amend Zoning By-Law No. 1587 is in conformity with the present Official Plan and also with the proposed new Official Plan which was adopted by Council on the fifth day of February, 1973, by By-Law No. 73-10, but which is not yet approved by the Minister of Economics and Intergovernmental Affairs. .
