THAT, if the Zoning By-law as it now stands can be complied with, the Building Inspector be directed to issue a permit to build a dwelling on a severed lot 100' x 135' on Concession Street East to Mr. & Mrs. R. Hendry subject to the owner signing an agreement, as approved by the Town Solicitor, to connect onto a Town sewer as and when it is constructed, to service the property, making the sceptic tank only a temporary one.
