Council Minutes THAT the minutes of a meeting of Council dated January 15th, 1973, be approved as printed. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-88-73 . Committee of the Whole Minutes Moved by Reeve Bell, seconded by Deputy Reeve Prout. THAT the minutes of a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, dated January 29th, 1973, be approved as printed. "CARRIED" Fiscal Agent for Town Mr. John Hughes of Burgess Graham Securities Limited was present and indicated that he would be glad to answer any questions with regard to a letter from his Company, which would be dealt wi th later on the Agenda, regarding the Town's Fiscal Agents. Street Lighting Improvements for 1973 THAT the letter dated January 22nd, 1973, from the Manager of the Public Utilities Commission be referred to the Budget Committee and Clerk-Administrator be requested to inquire into the Agreement with the Subdivider regarding lighting on Simpson Avenue and that item number three (Jackman Road) be carried out as soon as possible. Sale to John Albulet THAT the letter from Strike & Strike dated January 17th, 1973, be received and that Council go on record as stating that they will be satisfied to the condition of sale if the building is satisfactorily underway after one year from the date of registration of the deed and is completed one year and a half therefrom, and that the Town shall regard the building as being completed under the terms of the convey.ance and will execute the final release. Petition for Roads Subsidy THAT the Clerk-Administrator be authorized to submit the annual petition for roads subsidy under the provision of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act for the year 1972 for a total expenditure of $207,277.82.
