Board Room of the Bowmanville Town Hall.

place.

Mr. R. Nicol and ~tr. J. Richards of the Regional
Planning Department and Miss Norma Forrest, Assistant
Town Planner joined the meeting.

THAT Council give a sympathetic hearing to the proposition
outlined by Mr. Nicol and that a Council meeting be held
in the near future when further disclosure of project will
be revealed to Council. Following this meeting, Council
will either agree to or decline the proposition.

in the Regional Official Plan and the Planners and Planning

meeting at this point.

T1UlT the recommendation of the Industrial Committee at
the meeting held on December 11, 1975 that the proposal
for an industrial development area as proposed by the
Developers be approved in principle subject to the
necessary agreement being worked out with the developers. be
adopted.

the various Boards and the former appointees to the
Conservation Authorities be advised that Region had advised
that the appointees for 1976 be elected representatives
of the Municipality.
