Robinson appeared before the Council regardinG a Family Christmas Night to be held on Temperance Street beo1een KinG Street and Church Street on December 4th, 1975 from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. He requested that the Street be closed to allow for a Mall. There would be a parade from Dowmanville High School with the HiGh School Band and the Salvation Army Band, who would also play in the Hall. Santa Claus uauld arrive at approximately 4:30 p.rn. and a tree will be placed in the mall. There will be free Coffee and donuts and candy canes for the children. . . .
