Lyall, seconded by Con. Hobbs. THAT the Report dated October 17th, 1975 f~ the By-Law Enforcement Officer regarding the "Burger Bus" in Bowmanville be received for information. "CARRIED" Mr. James Service, Barrister, appeared before Council representing a ~oup of contractors who are applying to construct hoUsing in the west end of the fomer Village of Newcastle. These Contractors are as follows:- Angelotti Construction Co., President Nicholas Angelotti K.H. Preston Co., President K.H. Preston Henry Heights Limited, President Nicholas Angelotti Mr. Service outlined the proposed development and anavered questions of Council. He made the following requests:- 1. THAT the letter dated October 17th, 1975 from Ontario Hydro regarding the proposed Darlington Generating Station be received and that Hydro be advised that any meeting with them will be delayed until Council has heard from the Prime Minister of Ontario regarding the allocation of funds for a study by Council on the proposed Generating Station.
