TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
October 6th, 1975
Minutes of a special meeting of Council held on Monday,
October 6th, 1975 at 1:00 p.rn. in the Committee Room
at Bowmanville Town Hall.
All members of Council were present.
Also present were:
J.M. McIlroy, Town Clerk
J.F. Descent, Treasurer

Haved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Tink.
THAT 11ayor Rickard be reimbursed for out of pocket expenses
when attending meetings of the Executive Committee Association
of Municipalities of Ontario of which he is a member.

THAT as Mr. Rowe is movins out of the house which he rents
from the To'~ in Soper Creek Park durins the first week
of October, he only be charged one weeks rent for October.

THAT the Hall Board submit all bills which they have paid
in connection with the construction of the n~l hall and
also all bills outstanding to the next meeting of the Finance
Committee.

THAT the change order for the furnance room at the Tyrone
Hall be referred to Councillor Allin to disucss with Totten,
Sims & Hubicki and report back to the Finance Committee.
