August 27th, 1975
Minutes of a special meeting of Council held on
Wednesday, August 27th, 1975 at 3:30 p.m. in the
Committee Room of the Bowmanville Town Hall.
Present:
Garnet B. Rickard
Donald W. Allin
Ann Cowman
Ivan M. Hobbs
Kenneth E. Lyall
Councillor Kirk Entwisle

Absent:
Councillor Entwisle was present at 3:00 p.m., the time the
meeting was called, but had to leave at 3: 30 for another
engagement.
Resolution #C-75-968
Moved by Con. Lyall, seconded by Con. Allin.
THAT the session be closed to discuss a real estate matter.
"CARRIED"
The real estate matter was resolved and the meeting opened
for other business.
Resolution #C-75-969
Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Allin.
THAT the Town Solicitor and Mr. Ho~lden be authorised to
attend the Ontario Municipal Board Hearing on September 2nd,
1975 regarding Robert and Elizabeth Milford's appeal for a
Minor Variance to the Committee of Adjustment.
