July 17th, 1975
Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held in the
Conunittee Room at Bowmanville Town Hall at 1:45 p.m.
on Thursday, July 17th, 1975.
All members were present with Mayor Garnet B. Rickard
in the Chair.

Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Lyall.
THAT Monday, August 4th, 1975 be proclaimed Civic Holiday
in the Town of Newcastle and that Council meeting scheduled
for that day be held on Tuesday, August 5th, 1975.

THAT the 1975 Budget as presented by the Treasurer be
adopted.
