Mr. Harry Moroz, 63 East Beach Road, Bowmanville addressed Council regarding an encroachment of his dwelling on Town property. Resolution #C-75-682 Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Allin. THAT this matter be referred to the Solicitor to draw up the necessary agreement to provide the five inches required and when the building is torn down the property revert back to the municipality and that the Mayor and the Clerk be authrized to sign the necessary agreements after consultation with the Director of Public Works.
