THAT the CO'l"cil Minutes dated April 7th, 1975 be approved as read. "CARRIED" Mr. Linton of Union Rod and Gun Club and Mr. S. Russell of the South Central Ontario Big Game Association appeared before Council relative to the by-law regarding the discharge of firearms. Resolution #C-75-406 ~bved by Con. THAT the South Central Ontario Big Game Association and the Union Ro" and Gun Club representatives contact the By-Law Enforcement Officer to work out any changes to By-Law No. 75-29 and that the By-Law Enforcement Officer report to the Committee of the Whole on April 28th, 1975, and that the representatives of the two Associations be invited to the meeting.
