Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held in
the Bowmanville Committee Room on Friday, January 24,
1975 at 1:00 p.m.
Present were:

Moved by Con. Entwisle, seconded by Con. Hobbs.
THAT a person be appointed to the Planning Advisory
Committee to represent the former Village of Newcastle
area and that member be Mr. Roger Yates, subject to
his acceptance.

Mr. Alan Strike appeared before Council to discuss the
To,.u's position with regard to the proposed H.E.P.C.
Generating Station West of Bowmanville.

THAT Mr. Strike be heard in closed session.

a by-law to amend a Site Plan Agreement with G.R.W.
Construction Ltd. and Hillside Heights (Oshawa) Ltd.
as per By-Law No. 74-70.
