Minutes of a Spedal Meeting of Council held on January 6, 1975, at 3 p.m. in the Bowmanville Committee Room. Roll Call All members of Council were present. Deputy Clerk, G. Gray, acted as Secretary. Purpose of Meeting The meeting was called for the purpose of appointing Co~ittees for 1975. Resolution #0-75-1 Moved by Con. Wearn, seconded by Con. Entwisle Committee Structures THAT the existing Committee structures remain the same for 1975. " CARRIED" Resolution #C-75-2 Moved by Con. Wearn, seconded by Con. Entwisle Planning Advisory Committee THAT the Planning Advisory Committee be composed of three members of Council, Councillors Entwisle, Allin and Wearn. " CARRIED" Resolution #C-75-3 Moved by Con. Entwisle, seconded by Con. Allin Public Works Committee THAT the Public Works Committee be composed of three members of Council, Councillors Wearn, Lyall and Hobbs. "CARRIED" Resolution #C-75-4 Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Entwisle Community Services Committee THAT the Community Services Committee remain as presently composed, namely Councillors Allin, Tink and Lyall. Wearn, seconded by Con. Lyall THAT the Personnel Committee be made up of Councillors Hobbs, Tink and Entwisle. "CARRIED" Resolution #0-75-6 Moved by Con. Tink, seconded by Con. Hobbs THAT the Mayor appoint the Chairman of each Committee "CARRIED" The Mayor announced that all Conmittee Chairmen would remain the same as in 1974 but each Committee should appoint a Vice-Chairman at the first meeting of the Committee.
