THAT the Treasurer's Report regarding Petition for
Interim Paymentof Subsidy in the amount of $1,788,248.00
for roads be approved.

THAT the Community Services Committee Chairman's Report of
meeting held on November 20th, 1978 be adopted.

THAT the minutes of the Community Services Committee of
November 20th, 1978 be amended to reflect that Councillor
Dykstra was absent having notified the Secretary of same.

THAT with regard to Resolution #FA-728-78 relative to the
matter of the purchase of Courtice School be referred to the
Town Manager and Town Clerk to arrange a meeting with the
Board of Education prior to December 1st, and if not
possible, to refer the matter to the next Council.
