Report to Council Meeting of December 11, 2017
Subject: Special Planning & Development Committee Meeting of Monday, December 4,
2017
Recommendations:
1. Wilmot Creek Secondary Plan Study – Terms of Reference
That Report PSD-086-17 be received;
That Planning Services staff be authorized to commence the preparation of the
Wilmot Creek Secondary Plan;
That staff be authorized to finalize the Draft Terms of Reference and issue a
Request for Proposal to retain the necessary consultants for the preparation of the
Secondary Plan;
That the Director of Planning be authorized to execute the necessary cost-recovery
agreements with Landowners Group for the preparation of the Secondary Plan; and
That all interested parties and the Region of Durham Planning Department be
notified of Council’s Decision.
