Minutes of a regular meeting of Council held in the
Bowmanville Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
April 10th, 1978.

study in the Region of Durham, and furth"r be it resolved that
Council advise any restructuring study team that may subsequently
be appointed, that the responsibility for utility administration
should remain at the area Municipality level.
