Newcastle
Arena
THAT the recommendation of the Newcastle Arena Building
Committee to accept the building on the basis of approximately
95% completed from Mirco Construction Limited be accepted
and the Town accept the building as 95% completed and the building
to be completed in accordance with the contract and any
deficiencies that have been or may be detected will be
corrected to the satisfaction of the Building Committee and
Engineer.

Services
THAT the tender for cleaning the Bowmanville Town Hall, Fire
and Police Building and Bell Building as tendered by A & M
Cleaning in the amount of $1,000 per month be accepted.
