Being a by-law to amend By-law 2004-026, a by-law to appoint
Members to the Clarington Highway 407 Community Advisory
Committee for the Municipality of Clarington
THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. That Section 1. of By-law 2004-026, as amended, be further amended by
deleting the name "Johanna deBoer" and substituting it with the name
"David Duffie".
By-law read a first and second time this 3rd day of April 2006.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 3rd day of April 2006.
