Minutes of a regular meeting of Council held in the
Court Room 112, Police and Fire Building, Bowmanville,
on Monday, November 15th, 1976, at 1 p.m.
Mayor Rickard called the meeting to order and leal in
the Lord's Prayer.
Present were:

Moved by Con. Allin, seconded by Con. Hobbs
THAT the Council Minutes dated November 1st, 1976 be
approved as read.
"CARRIED AS CORRECTED"
Councillor Entwisle refrained from voting.
Mayor Rickard stated that it was his opinion that a IIOtion
should have been recorded in the minutes that the letter
from Weir and Foulds, Wilmot Creek Cove Mobile Home Park
be received and filed but since 4 Councillors, Lyall, Hobbs
Cowman ~~d Entwisle, refrained from voting and there was
no quorum, he had declared that it was not dealt with.
His 'opinion was upheld by the following recorded v)te.
Allin - yes
Entwisle - abstained
Lyall - no
Councillor Cowman was not
Hobbs - yes
Tink - yes
Rickard - yes
present for the vote.

THAT the minutes of a special Council Meeting dated
November 8th, 1976, be approved as read.
"CARRIED AS CORRECTED"
Councillor Tink was not present so did not vote on Resolution
#0-76-1273. The recorded vote should have read Rickard - yes.

of meeting held on November 1st, 1976 be adopted.
