Committee Room at Bowmanville Town Hall on Friday,
October 3th, 1976 at 2:45 p.m.

The following Tenders were opened for repairs to the Bowmanville
Arena: -

Win Valley Construction Ltd... ........... 55,384
Thorpe Construction Ltd....... ........... 97,000

TrIAT the bids be referred to the Consulting Engineers to report
back to Council as soon as possible.

Arena
THAT it be left to Mayor Rickard to arrange for the Newcastle
Arena Repairs to ~e done by local labour in accordance with
plans submitted by Totten Sims & Hubicki and report back to
Council
