Mr. Moffatt spol_e briefly to Council and indicated that he
would not be able to remain as he had an appointment in
Toronto.
Mr. J. Holliday and Mr. K. Short appeared before Council
representing Leighton & Kidd.
Mr. F. J. Keenan and Hr. Allan Quaile appeared before Council
representing Morrison, Hershfield, Burgess and Huggins Limited.
Mr. R.E. Sillls and Mr. L. vTindover appeared before Council
representing Totten, Sims & lfubicki.

out a complete evaluation of the Bowmanville and Newcastle
Arenas including various alternatives and report as to
whether they are repairable or if any type of rebuilding is
required.
