Mahony Course for Road Superintendents. Mr. Holliday appeared before Council to bring it up-to-date on his progress with regard to producing specifications, etc., for the repairs to Bowmanville and Newcastle Arenas. Rawlinson re Pigeons, etc. Durham Senior Citizens lbme Maurice Pedwell - 6 - August 3rd, 1976 Mayor Rickard vacated the Chair in favour of Councillor Tink while Mr. James Rickard spoke relative to a proposed meeting in Orono on Friday, August 6th, 1976 at 4:00 p.m. regarding the Orono Jlrena. He invited all members of Council to attend. Mayor Rickard reassumed the Chair. ~rr. J. Rawlinson of Roser Crescent appeared before Council complaining about the nuisance of pigeons, roosters and chickens on a neighbour's property, in a residential area.
