Delegation Mrs. Sadler re Privacy Fence Mr. Allan Thompson re Zoning of Property Mr. & Mrs. Anthony Snunder s re Permission to Retain Old Housing During Construction of New One - 8 - June 7th, 1976 Mnyor Rickard brought to Councils attention a Certificate of Appreciation presented to the Town by the Bowmanville Jaycees. Representatives of the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority had adVised that they would be unable to be present. CoUncil concurred with Councillor Lyallts request that Mrs. Sadler be heard ahead of the other delegations. I1r. Eric Gareau of 63 Alonna Street, Bowmanville spoke on behalf of I1rs. Sadler and other residents in that area regarding a pri7acy fence between their houses and the TOwnhouses being bUilt by Clarion Investments.
