THAT the Region of Durham be directed to recover tie 1974
and 1975 sewage and water deficits by means of a surcharge
on the users over a five year period commencing in 1976.
That in determining the sewage deficits referred to above,
that the Region of Durham apply the reserve funds of $24,057.
transferred by the former Town of Bowmanville to the Region
as at January 1, 1974, to the sewage deficit of the Town
of Bowmanvilleo

Department employ a supervisor at $2.65 per hour at a
cost of $993.75 for the 15 weeks. Tyrone Athletic
Association to pay a flat rate rental of $2,000 for the
15 weeks.
