THAT the Planner's Report dated December 5th, 1977 regarding proposed Amendment No. 4 to the Official Plan of the Bowmanville Planning Area be received and tabled to the next meeting. "CARRIED" Mr. Hodgins appeared before Council with a request that Draft Plan Approval for Plan No. l8T19720 be extended to December 31, 1978 because of the lack of services (See Resolution #C-77-l7l0). Mr. E.R. Lovekin appeared before Council with regard to his request for an application to the Ministry for validation of title regarding an error in survey. (See Resolution #C-77-l7l2). Mr. G. Stephen appeared before Council in support of a request of the Santa Claus Parade Committee to erect a building in the Bo"~anville Works Yard. (See Resolution #C-77-l7l3).
